Thank y'all for your involvement in Windows ten Technical preview.

Yous get this error with because one of the drivers controlling the device notified the operating system that the device failed in some style. This can be because of corruption in one of the loaded drivers and the driver enshroud just needs to be flushed.

Please reply the following question so that we can help y'all.

1. What is the verbal error bulletin you receive when installing the commuter from Windows Updates?

2. Which Build is currently installed?

I suggest you to follow the methods below and check if it helps.

Method 1: Run the hardware troubleshooter

Follow these steps to run Hardware and Devices troubleshooter.

1. Press Windows fundamental + W and blazon troubleshooting.
2. Select Troubleshooting.
3. Select View all on the top left corner.
4. Click Hardware and Devices.
5. Follow the on-screen instruction to run the troubleshooter.

Method ii: Install the video card drivers in Windows viii.1 compatibility mode

I suggest you to download the video menu drivers and install in Windows viii.one compatibility fashion and check if that helps.

Follow the steps provided below to install the drivers in compatibility style:

1. Right-click on the driver and click on 'backdrop' .
2. Click on the 'compatibility'  tab and check the box "Run this program in compatibility mode for "and select Windows 8.ane operating system from the drop down.
3. Click on 'Apply'  and click 'OK'  and run the file to install it.

I follow your instructions and I installed the drivers with compatibility mode, earlier I uninstalled the video cards and request the deletion of the drivers, run the driver installer from Sony and now the Intel  HD Graphic 4000 is working properly but the AMD Radeon continued with the Code 43 error, and the device manager expect like this:

become to www.amd.com download the catalyst command centre and install i am using

radeon HD 7540 D and works ok it`s on the win 8.1 64 fleck driver

Thanks for your respond, I'm trying to install the catalyst driver, just in some step uncomplicated freeze and refuse to continue the installation process, I connected to accomplish this step.

Some progress, after installing the drivers in Windows eight compatibility mode, and not without suffering, both video cards appears working properly, the AMD catalyst control eye refuses several times to install and use the AMD Auto Detect Utility, and this program find a version that installed but, decline to piece of work, launch an error bulletin indicated they tin´t detect any AMD hardware in the PC. The Catalyst abruptly fail and Windows sent a written report.

Simply now, and I don't know if is a common upshot, the icons in the top bar simply disappears, simply when the AMD Radeon video card starting to work. Anyone happens this, some suggestions?

Hi, I'thousand on build 10074 and well, at the moment Windows recognize the AMD video card but the IntelHD 4000 nope, they installed a Microsoft generic display driver, in that example the calculator works more or less well, I trying a workaround uninstalled the drivers and the video menu as well and and then installed the factory drivers, but, when install the Intel hd4000 the nightmare commencement again, the processor fan or the video card fan, run loudly every bit if the machine was performed a very intensive video activeness and the machine took a lot of time to load... Sadly is a persistent trouble and I don't have a positive respond. Only I hope this problem will be solved when the final version volition be gear up.

i-Open AMD Catalyst Control Centre

2-On the side sections become to Power

3-Cull Switchable Graphics Global Settings

4-Choose Optimized power savings for Battery, and Optimize performance for Plugged In
