Fallout 76 players may exist familiar with Minerva but for those who don't know, she is a travelling vendor in Appalachia, accompanied by her babysitter Tommy X-Toes and her brahmin Minos.
Minerva sells "recreations" of rare plans and recipes for you to buy with your hard-earned gold bullion.
